Right to Cancel or Amend Before Dispatch

Customers have the right to cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, with no penalty.

  • To Cancel or Amend: If you wish to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with us immediately at support@laserdex.shop.

  • Timeframe: We process orders as quickly as possible, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation or amendment once the dispatch process has begun. NOTE: We try to have orders processed within 5 days but during the busier season, processing times can increase to up to 14 days.

  • Refunds: If your order is successfully canceled before dispatch, a full refund, including any shipping charges paid, will be processed immediately to your original payment method.

Right to Return (Cancel) After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, you have a "right of return."

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return of the items. .

  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

  • How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@laserdex.shop to initiate the return process.

    2. Securely package the items with the original packing slip.

    3. Mail the items back to the provided address.

  • Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • If you are responsible for shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Refunds After Return: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. The refund will include the cost of the item(s) returned.

NOTE: Mistakes or damages on our end will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an order is lost in the mail, we will evaluate and contact the shipping company to ensure it is unable to be found before sending a replacement at no cost to the customer. Purchases returned to us due to an invalid address will incur additional shipping costs. Please ensure your address is correct prior to placing your order.
